Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Hello. I have some questions regarding the avoidance of developing tardive dyskinesia as a side effect of taking 20/30mg of metoclopramide.

1. I've heard from some accounts that benzodiazepines help. However, according to Wikipedia, "As of 2018 evidence is insufficient to support the use of benzodiazepines" [for the treatment of TD]. Is this true?
2. Would diphenhydramine (DPH) Taken concomitantly with Metoclopramide help?
3. Is the stat-dose or the 48 hour regime preferable when it comes to avoiding TD?

You can take 50 mg of Benadryl 30-60 minutes before taking the metro. It will counteract any side effects from the metro. In the hospital, they give people Benadryl to treat TD symptoms. If you take some before, it should help as a preventative measure.
