Random question, if I go a day without sleep and end up very sleepy, could that make me more impulsive and do what I need to do?

I've never felt more impulsive sleep deprived, but maybe it will help by making you feel worse?I don't think so....but either you are little bit like drunk maybe (in a non depressed way lol) or to weak....

I mean it really varies person to person. I personally have bipolar so when I don't sleep I get way more unstable and impulsive. I would have very cloudy judgments and would feel so miserable that I would probably do it mental wise, but it also comes with physical symptoms (nausea etc) so then it also makes it harder for me to actually execute it.Similar threads
