What about life ?

As due, as giving back after members who contributed to put me in the right track of believing with openness : @Sensei @dandan @Quarky00 @Aap @Brick In The Wall @Jumper Geo @BleuNuit @K-O @BlackPoppet
Here's a summary of some of the usages of most of natural and legal ingredients, so readers can get derive some inspiration with ideas.
Some will react at these tracks by considering them gimmicks, but you'd be oh so wrong. This route is really a pandora box. When you open it, it becomes fascinating how these left behind components that exist around us in different states can make the difference, not only about one symptom but generally towards multiple health systems at once.
As always, due your own diligence and never follow guidances blindly.

NB: if addressing your condition isn't listed, you shall research it cause there are likely several solutions at disposal, for what they're worth to explore

NB2: might compile a similar list but for mild, barely if at all harmful (if disciplined consumption) illegal stuff (only magic truffles/shrooms are here present), once I develop some experience. For now, I consider myself a rookie in the field

edit: I don't know why some links extends with a snapshot and others don't when they appear to be the same type. I formated the resistant data (noticing limitations) like I could.

I started berberine but I've had to stop.
I plan to do my own ad hoc glucose tolerance test seeing as I'm not likely to get one any time soon. Not very clinical, but i can do a decent approximation and it should give more of an idea of my body's response to glucose more than a blood sugar test.
IF berberine does effect my insulin sensitivity, then I don't want to be on it when i take the test.
Unfortunately, I drank the last bottle of Lucozade when the tonic water ran out. :pfff:

I thought you might be curious. I've still to refine the methodology. It's a bit tricky as it's not in a clinical setting, only uses a home glucose meter and I don't think I can take a finger prick test as many times as I'd like to make the results sturdier, compared to blood drawn at intervals from a canula. Once I get it sorted, I'll post the methodology.

I now go through moments where I freak out that I won't live eternally like a vampire, and blame myself for all the time lost, the opportunities missed, and the hurt I self-inflicted in the past, out of will.
Is this normal doctor ? :ohhhh: Anyway, it sure looks like fine recovery  Hip hip hooray. I knew life was full of surprises but to this extent, it's one of the most unexpected one
Now even doubting how much I even deserved messy parts of my life before ? Have I been fully responsible of my trajectory ?

Sublimation program launched

(Have you noticed how even their basic walking is stylish ? Or how a look is almost more meaningful than a movement ? It's all concentrated in the intentions)

I have set myself a crazier than crazy schedule in terms of demands. But I'm not struggling to provide auto-determination, I've passed a milestone. It flows naturally by noting a self-prophecy can unfold after it is projected forward. Can't wait to complete the program, life will be good, finally (even better since I've known the other side of the mirror). Why all the wait ? How is it that I already feel this promise ? There can be a lot of enjoyment to pursue quests in itself. I hope that when I'm done fixing my life and set myself on new landmarks, I won't fall into a void of nothingness. Am I getting distracted ? One can always wonder.
Anyway, now my little secret is to launch tons of mini projets in parallel. I appreciate the fact of seeing lots of leads asserting themselves in front of my eyes and no longer knowing where to fix my attention. It gives a sense of being filled with exhausteness. I think it comes with the security of always having something positive moving forward to hold on to, even when a grain of sand seizes another element's machine or hits an obstacle. It is a kind of very comforting taking over and bringing balance

During an argument with anger (carried away, bless, shit happens ), I received the comment I could be obsessive. I firmly disapprove I am, definition wise speaking. However, I'm ready to admit I'm a little stubborn and quite determined. In french, it's called "having a hard head" or head strong.

I would like anybody to prove me that in our modern societies you have the luxury to be conciliatory when everybody is really self absorbed and putting up a fight against his/her neighbour, without noticing or through neglect.

Sorry, at this stage of consciousness of the human kind, it's just false and an illusionary advice to give that we can lean back to rest, dropping all defences and still stay safe or just alive with integrity respected. When you're being hit or meet non-sense, there is a necessity to punch back harder, and send the signal to the universe it's him who will bend since you learned how to be inflexible. At least exceptionally when it stands as the viable way out, otherwise acquiring flexibility may be the largest quality in order to deal with life. There's nothing else that matches letting go the control of its randomness

Advancing is no problem. However, advancing while facing small issues which pile up in count is the real drag in energy. Without these stops, it could almost be effortless. Gosh, I can't wait to have solved most problems. Patience patience. Months of time are to be expected. There will never be a full freeing until death but an about safe place with relief must be manageable. I also wish to offer these guarantees to the ones who will enter my life so they can be graced a walk in the park. It's not only about me but broader.

Fucking gnarly stuff, our snow season just started at the nearby resort and I'm dying for some time off to hit the slopes! Snowboarding is literally the ONLY thing I enjoy about winter.

Haha unlike you, winter is my all-around favourite period. Maybe you're going outside more than I do (gardening and just activities) so you don't enjoy to freeze your balls and the gloomy darkness. For me, it represents the best memories of my lifetime when I still had a family in which I felt integrated young. I just dig it. My nightmare would be to live at a flat land with no seasons. I actually adore the elements and the more raging and apocalyptic they are. Same for the sea, I can only cope with the oceans, with waves and even better, tempests if available. I hate the boring sceneries like a perfectly flat sea with tourists and clear blue sky without clouds. It makes me want to hang lol Night summer nights or late afternoons are enjoyable though when the temperature and silky air are just perfect.

Anyway, snowboard... it's my youth, more than skate. I'm not good at both but enough to enjoy myself. The last time I hit the slopes was 5 years ago, can you believe it. Just once and before it was 4 years before. It comments the long time stop of my life and the withdrawal I went through. The last time I hit the best resort and discovered they had a lift which is taking you to an off-track mountain ! It was unexpected (a first time - I realised it once at the top) and I was so happy I almost cried while descending the powder in a wild scenery. I was shouting my excitement aloud. Nevermind the avalanches lol so yeah, man, I will fancy it in some weeks :) the ski season here is short, it doesn't snows that many times

So, about the replacement of my driving licence that I declared as lost, it was supposed to be done within 2 months. Suprised that at 2 months & 3 weeks I had still no news, I just called to be told that there was again a problem with the documents of my friend, same rejection than with the bank. Ok
The thing is that their dumbass process has not been smart enough to consider emailing me there was an issue with my files after depositing them.

So I won't get the renewed driving licence and the home-car one until 6 months now. 3 months for my friend to react due to the constraint of a 3rd party company, plus 2 months for the administration, plus at least 1 month to pass new exams to expand upon it. What a bummer. But that's typical of life, isn't it. Don't expect too much, too quickly, or you'll get burned. Patience is such a virtue that shouldn't be overlooked. This proves to be difficult for me since I enjoy for things to speed up. But the best teacher about self-development is in front of us. We can self-regulate by not running away from confrontations, as simple as that.
My target remains to be completely back on my feet for july 2021, so it remains manageable, I'm on schedule

I lost 2 more kgs without noticing. This encourages me to accompany this movement to seal the deal of having lost 20 in ~1 yr. With just a little sport, the goal is around the corner for soon. I regret to not have kept photos of the progress and of when I looked like Shrek and scared myself with pity. It would have served as a reminder that "impossible is not french" for the next challenges.
I'm not about running for trophies but I'm also more and more aware why I'm doing efforts, before I wasn't seeing reasons. Until achievements don't flow your way, it's difficult to feel benefits from the inside, in concrete.
So, among all, there's to accept yourself after you made an agreement that you're the first person in charge to respect yourself. Guess what, the process could be ...fun, as summed up as discovering someone new in you and becoming your own surprise. Give it a go, the movement may make you addicted ?

Woke up by receiving props from the CEO of CTemplar
It feels funny to receive credits from a stranger with an active role when you almost never worked for somebody else in your life (once, 1 month in my case) and each and every of my actions were driven solely by conviction or passion, when not both when the times were hard and making me doubt of the freewheel (free will ?) choices.
It's not an embarrassment per say but I really am not someone who likes ties. I need air and a lot of room to exist and develop myself. I appreciate the confidence given but at the same time the shade of responsibilities is ...not really pressurising cause I've learned to live under some stress and cope with it, but I always fear that external expectations have the potential to become invalidating, but I need to realise most of this weight felt is about something new for me of handling relationships. I'm just lacking training. I have accepted to move forward since we seem aligned by close principles and I have in mind it won't be subordination bonds but collaborative ones. Until now, I contributed without rewards and I would continue the same nonetheless. I'm not even tactical about making a point. Rather trying to not pollute my intentions always with factors that are artificial, and seeking money is one. But that became rather easy for me since for the core of what I do, I had to learn to be mostly dettached

Looking back, I have never prostituted myself to fit in the society. Rapidly stopped to make compromises I was asked to provide. However, I'm conscious I also started with a few spoiled conditions (west EU born, in a loving family before it exploded, single child without real money issues and later some savings due to inheritance of my father dying abruptly young) that helped me to separate, so I'm not according myself full props, just bits.
With time and without plans, I found a continuum in all my activities, from financial stuff (traditional and modern), to internet security and privacy as an interest when I begun to stand up as a whistle blower once I witnessed injustices in the financial space I was evolving in, to seizing opportunities, like understanding offshore loopholes after my expat experience that initially started by constraint (ran away to save my life), and obviously vouching to protect fundamental rights (self-determination is one)
In conclusion, I'm in a position to line up ideas and now participate humbly where my trust applies. It feels great. The coherence really does.

A lot of persons - I was one of them - are traumatised by the obligations of closed paths that are imposed onto them. That is, get good grades as a formatted slave, study far, get a job by staying on straigth tracks. Especially, please oh please, watch out for errors ? That's a joke. It's not the end of the world if you've interrupted your schooling or if your resume is messy. I admit it will turn out to be when you don't make steps on the side... It's not obvious but there's an escape in the duty to take some freedom from a trap you've slipped in. Isn't the most harm you can be victim of about staying in boxes ? I believe it's true in general. Spread your wings and be bolder. Your ambition will never be crazier than forcing to make a circle plot enter into a square hole. It doesn't make you a condemned misfit to stick out of the norms. Take a chance towards more originality ? You'll meet like-minded people along the way and won't be alone eternally. Support will chime in when and where you don't expect it.
Instead, I'd say, have the guts to do what you like, it's the only way you'll be dedicated and consequently master your fields. The rest could fall into places naturally. To generate a career you don't necessarily have to abide by the rules. The modern life is so unstable anyway that it cannot be led by projections so better do none and follow your instincts. Plant seeds as foundation then wait for the wind. As a whole, stay clear of judgement, but that begins at your level. If you don't want to work but become a perpetual traveler or start a family, do it. But that's only my 2 Monero

Unrelated, today I have a meeting call anticipated with the leader of the association who ignited my hope 5 months ago, the one which is dealing with the PFS syndrome. I have set it to share my progress since it's very convincing. Before, we would already agree on main principles at "how to cure". It's somebody open-minded that I appreciate. She lost her son to suicide and therefore knows what suffering is about, yet it didn't make her fall but remembering love, fight for others instead, which is grand.

I need to be serious. When I drift with disappointment or ache, my tendency is to let go. The fall can be quick. That's the dangerous part I need to control with efforts. But before I didn't have a parachute, now I can.
Here I have stopped cycling. I will resume. Just the promise of the abyss makes me anxious. It's like an old daemon friend is visiting and is not welcomed

I'm occasionally asked about Andorra which appears intriguing as an unknown micro country of 80,000 inhabitants. Or, how to move to Europe ? Well, Andorra is a very welcoming entry point which is accessible. The immigration laws here are open and rather easy. It's a pragmatic country where common sense is vastly. The main condition is the ability to show you will sustain yourself financially and that's it. In concrete, the most common residency permit is for active people: either if you find a job (employers can seek a foreigner after 15 days at failing to get a local resident for the task - and they cheat by inventing special requirements if it helps to find nobody suited) or if you create your own one through a company (the setup process costs about 6k for expenses, 3k for social capital and 15k as a government deposit for the residency acting as a guarantee that is not lost but refundable Once you leave)

Consequently, a main characteristic of Andorra is that its population is very diverse and in fact the andorran nationals are a minority in their own country (about 30%). The spanyards dominate in proportion, then you find the portuguese people - both nationalities get the most job offers due to the languages spoken here - then the frenchies and all the rest (you find many south americans, russian, phillipino communities, more). Very eclectic. On the streets, you hear many languages spoken at once. It's possible to get by in everyday life in catalan, spanish, french and somehow portuguese. Most andorrans speak a minimum of 3 languages, not counting english (they generally suck at it).
There are 3 school systems (french - dominant, hence 70% speak french since the youth is formatted), spanish, andorran. After high school graduation, they generally live to France or Spain to finish the studies (there is only one university locally but limited in courses, and only a few private schools)
2 concurrent postal systems (ES & FR) cohabit. Until recently, the mail used to be free inside the country, but most people don't need it since it's so tiny, it's just easier to meet people.
The housing market deteriorated recently, with less choice available and higher prices but if choosing a remote valley out of town, it's still affordable. Before, so many empty goods, you could negociate -30% discounts on rent easily. For instance, on my building, we must be 5. Nobody lives on the same level, few neighbours.
Err what else ?
Very safe country... zero crime. You could let the door open or items on the roof of the car, it won't be stolen.
Okay health system. Took the spot of highest life expectancy in the world, not good for downers waiting to die lol
maybe due to no stress daily life, altitude and whatnot, absence of conflicts - not even an army.
Fun fact, the president of France is co-prince of the principality... the other co-prince is a religious figure from the nearby county from Spain. Due to this reference, money games were forbidden for a long time. It changed and the 1st casino will open shortly. The politic climate is mostly centric. Homelessness is forbidden... you don't see begglars on the streets. Work insurance is almost non-existent but just as is unemployment to compensate. Still, in case of trouble, it's handy to know some friends or family. If you cannot afford to sustain your needs, you're invited to leave the country (harsh but makes sense with logic - they want a functioning economy/system - unless you're a passive resident who paid half a million € to lock your seat). Solidarity is present though as a village place, it's easy to get on point help with reason and immediate validity. For instance, the president can be talked on the street and in case of question unanswered, a lawyer will contact a minister in an unbeatable time for clarification.
The administration is almost non existent (a breathe! hassle free) and confidence still applies - if you file your taxes, they won't ask for proofs. Actually, until 5 years ago, there was no tax (now a maximum of 10%, but 0% can be achieved via a holding at 1k per year). They only discovered the job of accountant in urgency not long ago with some complaints and hostility lol it's still very lax to comply on anything. After all, they are historically a population of smugglers who used to traffic by feet and horses across the mountains.
Tourism is the dominant sector, followed by banking, then construction, agriculture not any longer - they still cultivate tobacco the most, which is a curious sight.
Pharmacies sell you most everything without prescription (except benzos and hypnotics as rare exception)
Not really lacking entertainment except maybe cultural events. Largest ski domain of the Pyrenees mountains. However, they're huge in traditions and the social life is quite developed, which is their strength. They turned a mountainous only country as a liveable place. Infrastructures are good overall. The national mantra is: "The union is our force. Touch us if you dare" and the local mascot is a bear.
Catalan is the official language, unique occurence worldwide.

An idea is growing in me, which could be, to tour my SS friends...
You know that home-car licence, I do it principally in memory of my deceased father's dream he didn't fulfil to spend his retirement this way but to tell the truth, in the first place I'm really doing it without a purpose next in mind lol I don't really know why I'm passing it. It's only about unlocking a mean which could serve an opportunity I'd have yet to invent. The only thing I have in mind is a sort of quest. How could I get closer to my father to reunite some way with him ? :( I have not been thinking enough of him. I lost him too early. I miss him. So.
What better purpose that mimic my father by dreaming at something at my turn ? It doesn't have to be reasonable. I mean. In all cases, there's rarely a point in predictions ? when you make serious plans, they never happen like you forecast them. So why not be unserious, it can't go wrong worse. It may even surprise for the better.

So I'm planting this seed today, just because I like tales: maybe I can rent a home-car in the future and use my SS friends (the ones I sense a degree of safety with, not the creeps ^^) as excuses to visit european countries (Sorry, no boat licence and lost the flight one as outdated lol). There's no better to discover a place than be immersed with local people. This sounds like a fucking plan which could turn as a massive adventure. And I bet a fulfilling one, at least unique.
Hum, the "Catch the bus" may turn as an unexpected twisted reality in the end, away from the norm lol "Catch the bond" ? "Catch the beasty love vibrations ?" You name it, I don't care exactly
Let's reverse the odds by taking U-turns. Dudes and dudetes, this would make a neat documentary to edit and pass on, a mix of recovery and feeding suicidal ones with some concrete warmth lol

hummmmmm. yeah. Starting already to think about where it would lead me to get lost. Right now, it could consist of: Netherlands, Bulgaria, Spain/Morroco, UK, Spain, Israel (ok maybe not lol barely realistic), Sweden ? (in disorder). So exciting. I'm not sure I can handle it. It would also require me efforts since I don't estimate to be a "social butterfly".Then, it would even convert into self-development. A training against some of my fears.
Certainly, the main decision lies in the fact I want to be capable to be this open, even if I don't make it, entirely or even partially. Let this unreal motivation be a drive. It will help to pass steps and obstacles all the more with conviction.

Hum nice surprise. My buddy finally pulled out of his magic hat a - supposedly - valid document.
Now I can trigger and follow a few procedures again, starting from scratch like I had not advanced, which is true, I only entertained the different services with claims and bitching :blarg:
Resuming to launch bank account, health care protection, driving licence exchange after loss. Since I changed my planning upside down this weekend for something otherworldly clustered for the next months (little choice, need to push with efforts on turbo or the situation essentially stands still), the alternate driving licence will wait for sometime next year.

Relaunched everything that was on pause.

I've refined my plans. After I've retrieved an official existence in France, I plan to reapply to Andorra as an active immigrant around september to be set by the end of 2021. This will depend on my capacity to generate revenues (as largely doable as fuckable, outcome essentially based on my focus and concentration) and on top, I'm going to need to find a cover, that is to create an activity from scratch that I don't need because my main one (speculation on own funds) is not recognised as a proper job but considered as patrimonial strictly, and therefore not qualifying for residency permit, since they ask for a commercial duty. For the goal, a few options could be more or less valid, but I need to think that it doesn't overfloods me with constraints and have it run autonomously. So either something idle that doesn't require efforts, or something that really runs with benefits but delegate the task. This last idea would be more ambitious. I've never managed anybody but me but I'm not against the idea as long as it doesn't turn into a mess. It's hard to be confident in strangers. I've made some contacts who proposed to team up at stuff like online marketing but I can't do it if I don't like the person or if I'm not comfortable with what's deployed. For instance, I hate the real trading because I don't have the heart and the internal weapons to exploit a crowd in the open in a capitalistic way, I only tolerate to do it against entities who know and accept the rules in advance. I'm more disturbed by real life businesses which are scam implied but not revealed, than competing for robbery versus those who accept to play a game by default. Overall, it then feels like less of a betrayal and a bad action to mankind, and again, it's not the entire truth, but incomplete.
