Help with specific methodology. I've found the different forums and topics on here as an interesting bonus (never thought about this when I joined). Even though I take advantage of mental health resources irl I don't discuss some of my most deeply painful issues or my plan to ctb. I've already made multiple attempts which landed me in the pysch hospital so all the attempts I've made since I've kept hidden from doctors and friends. This next one will be done correctly and will be my final. I appreciate having this resource.

The information how long a memder stays before ctb comes from another scientifical paper. But I cannot remember the passage. I think it had 200 pages this doctoral thesis. And it was in German language,
