i think judging from your situation, you probably need more preparation. if your going to substitute with alternatives you should compensate by increasing the amount of time you have to attempt. ie instead of 2 hours to pass out, 4 hours to reach brain death, you should do something like 2 hours to pass out, another 2 hours incase you fail, maybe another 2 to be safe, and maybe like 8-12 for brain death. with sn you can try again, and adding more time to an attempt is might be more possible than obtaining the right regiment. i wouldn't recommend anything less than any entire day for this regiment, assuming you want to succeed on the same day you attempt.Thank you for your post it was very informative. I'm planning to take a painkiller like benadryl or tylenol, if I ingest alcohol on top of this, will that increase my chances of throwing up? I've never thrown up from alcohol, only from weed, but I know in general it increases nausea.
Also, would you recommend weed to calm down as well and ease the brain? And what time would you recommend taking it &/or the alcohol in comparison the SN. Thanks!
i'd also recommend looking to improve in other non-substance related areas first, because these are more quickly manageable. try to water fast for 3ish days, to detox and water saturate the body, definitely improve warmth, comfort, and probably even bring things like anime, or manga for entertainment and distraction. really try to work on things that are unrelated to drugs, and miscellaneous like fully dissolving the SN, having a comfortable setup, testing SN for potency, taking care of your organs, warmth, comfort, if possible things like heating pads, maybe taking a hot bath beforehand, getting some cardio in before if possible, maybe meditating for a bit, being in a good headspace beforehand. definitely you want to start working on your sleep hygiene ASAP, in the time leading to the attempt, and then use your sleep hygiene before attempting. here is a good vid ASAP science
whatever you do: dont drink any water/ingest anything from 4 hours before attempting and onward. the more mass you have in the stomach after this window and during the attempt = the higher risk of vomiting. ideally the only thing in your stomach when attempting should be the SN
if you use weed, which is risky, but possibly more peaceful, make sure it is sedating, and not energizing. the brain will want to move the body unsuccessfully. if you feel like doing a lot of physical activity after smoking then probably not. tylenol and benadryl are good try to take them as close to the 4 hour window as possible, benadryl lasts like 12 hours so that should be fine, but maybe using something like alleve so it lasts until the attempt. with marijuana don't use edibles, and alcohol maybe but try to be liberal, the smaller amount of alcohol in your stomach when you attempt the better. i think zofran has its own daily regiment, so just follow that and take a bit more close to this 4 hour window.
other things: mouthwash, throat numbing spray, good eating hygiene to reduce hunger, taking care of liver/kidneys atm to reduce sharp pains, stretching/massage to reduce nerve over stimulation, melatonin, working on chronic nausea issues if you have any. its difficult because you are trying to make yourself sleep but also distract yourself from pain. having an exact plan beforehand so your delirious mind doesn't have to think. having pretty clear sinus with menthol.
honestly just having more time i think. you need to compensate your setup with more time to attempt.
