For how long should I fast if I have no Antiemetics? (SN method)

From my understanding, antiemetics aren't primarily to prevent vomiting (even with antiemetics, there is a strong chance of vomiting, so it's always recommended to make more than one "serving" of SN drink). They're for fast absorption of SN into the body.

Without AEs, I'm relying on fasting to ensure the SN is absorbed properly and to prevent survival. The recommended fasting time is 48 hrs with antiemetics according to the PHP, I think. Should I go for longer?
