Help aquarium test

I'm in the us. Do I need to do an aquarium test on the sn, seems kinda complicated. will a blood test be sufficient

a blood test will work. although i personally suggest aquarium tests because it seems immoral to suggest someone to injure themselves. (unless im giving out general info like theres the blood test and.....)
