Help Anywhere I can buy Nembutal, fentanyl, or strong opioids in Pakistan?

Hello everyone. I want to know if there is a place in Pakistan where I can buy these things. As far as I know, these are the most peaceful means to CTB. I know these things are hard to come by, but here in Pakistan I think it should be easier to get them because pharmacy enforcement is weaker than in the US or similar countries. I have tried searching online and asking a couple of pharmacies near where I live, but I was not able to find anything. I know fentanyl exists here in Pakistan as fentanyl citrate injection, but I have not been able to find any pharmacy that sells it. If any of you live in major cities like Karachi or Lahore and know a pharmacy that sells these, please let me know.
