You don't know 100%.Another thing i wondered is how do you know that what you've ordered is what it says it is? Or is this just a risk you take?

Everything I've ordered so far has come in original packaging, patient leaflet etc.
Vendors on the DW are also rated with only buyers able to leave reviews, so only go for well established vendors with high ratings and high positive feedback.
End of day to be successful on the DW you need repeat buyers, high trust scores and high positive feedback. Pointless a vendor joining a DW market and selling junk, as they would immediately get negative feedback and found out straight away.
You're more likely to get scammed on the clear web than the dark web, because the DW markets have strict vendor and buyer protection. Money is held in Escrow and not released to the vendor until the sale completes.
