Anyone here have experience with Xanax?

Hello, I have never taken Xanax or probably a benzo in my life. I am able to get my hands on Xanax from some of my connections. They come in 2mg pills. I was wondering if anyone could share their experiences with Xanax, how much they took, and what you guys would recommend for a first dosage. I know that it'll vary from person to person the effects of it, but I would like to hear other's experiences with it. I am planning on going with SN, so I'm hoping as some people have said, taking benzos would help and it would help you go to sleep to avoid any potential problems that may occur with SN while you're still awake, such as seizures, etc.

If the pills are 2mg, I'd start with half to get an idea.

Ok I've been taking them since I was 15. I'm 34 now and I've worked myself up to 2 mgs bars of Xanax. Break that bar in half and then break it in half again. That is 0.5 mgs. That it what any doctor would put you on first. I get mine from the doctor. You have to be very careful with Xanax because you can fall asleep on the toilet if you take too much and your muscles can be of no use to you. There have been times where I was slumped over on the toilet with the top of my head facing the floor. I was able to hear but I couldn't move, speak or see. I was suffocating so I had to throw myself off the toilet. Doesn't seem like a big fall but believe me it is when your body is dead weight. Please be careful. And since you're getting them off the street you have no idea what a real Xanax pill looks like. So !any people are making them themselves in their garages and they're fentanyl. If the bar actually says the word Xanax....don't take it I less you're ready to die. You wouldn't know anyway because you'd be dead in a short amount of time but just in case you're not ready to go at this point, look up what real Xanax looks like.
