Source via telegram who ships from vietnam, usa, helsinky and finland - experiences? Is it a scam?

Hello, I recieved a Telegram contact who claims to be sending Sn from Helsinki, Finland, USA and Vietnam. Does anyone have any experience with this? There's only the telegram number – could this be a scam? I'm scared to order from there...
Could it be a reliable source?
