Wow I have to say I am rather humbled by how many similar folks are out there on this topic. One of my worst aspects is assuming I am alone in every negative thought I think lol. I fecking love this forum!
So what to do? Do we try and kill the good days and hope so we can stop the yoyo-ing? Cut all ties to the things that pull us back up from the bad times? Cos living like this is exhausting. Grinding me down over time, but still won't let me go.
I've gotten to the point I dont even trust good things that happen to me in life. I enjoy when they happen and mentally prepare myself for the big effing let down that always follows.
