I would go back to the time when I hung out with my crush in September 2022. It was the first time we saw each other in 4 years, since graduating high school. I haven't seen him since…
I would also go back to last year (January/February 2023) so I could re-live winter/spring 2023 by making different choices, like choosing to go to a trip to the Middle East in March. Maybe I wouldn't be so suicidal if I had went on it. My depression and suicidal ideation started worsening/intensifying severely in March and April 2023.
