Venting Anxious Dreams

Does anyone else have anxious dreams? I wake up almost every time with shakes. Usually my dreams are about running from something. A common theme is having a home invasion where all my friends and family are inside my house and I'm the only one who gets away and I'm just perpetually running trying to find help.

Yes, commonly. They often cause me to wake up, though I'm not shaking when I do, so I guess they're not as intense as yours.
