I was curious, anyone on here has bipolar 2? I'm specifying type 2 because they don't have manic episodes like bipolar 1. Can you tell me how it feels for you? And secondly, how does your anger manifest? Is it different than normal anger? You get irritated at times, I know that but I just want to know what I'm feeling is well idk not just me.
