Help Alternatives to tagamet

Not sure what's got me to this state but something clicked in me yesterday so I've started my Antiemetic regime!

Was just after a little help as I don't have Tagamet and it has to be prescribed here in the uk.

Would Zantac be an okay alternative? Any other suggestions welcome

I think bicarb of soda works but not as well as Tagamet.

10mg of primperan every 8 hrs atm!

What's the stat dosage you plan on taking right before?

Was just gonna take 20mg approx 60mins followed by. Then 2 tabs of zopiclone approx 30mins before taking the sn.

I ll either be taking bi carb or Zantac alongside this why I'm after a bit of advice.

Will be obviously drunk and off my tits at this point aswell lol
