Method Alternatives to SN

I wanted to use SN because it wouldn't leave my body bruised or bloodied, but since I live in the USA... can't get that anymore. What other methods leave your body relatively unharmed, appearance wise?

Inert gas, CO, drowning, nigh-night. I think all if these leave the body completely or mostly unmarked. Do your own research and find what suits you the most, good luck
