Got four bottles of ale in the fridge, four cans of Carlsberg Special Brew and one bottle of ale upstairs. It would feel so good to drink right now.

I can if I want. There is nothing stopping me. I'm 20 months sober though and a recovering alcoholic. The alcohol is for in future.

I cry when I drink lately.

I only drink vodka. 350ml to 400ml per session. I am 1m74 and 59kg.

I sometimes start calling girls I know and didn't talk to for a long time. If none of them answer, I just open tinder/badoo or happen or any other ''social" or ''dating'' app and just dial the first number I find. Yes, many times I just have a chat, get the number but never call that person. I am deeply depressed, so acting happy is almost impossible in daytime as a sober person. Sometimes I spend like 2-3 hours talking to her then I regret everything I did in the morning. I feel dirty. I feel bad for being nice to this stranger. I feel bad for courting her and knowing just too well that we will never meet. Because, I can't fake a smile and just meet her while sober. And drinking and driving is not something I can risk. I value others life too much to do such a thing.

So I just try to have a temporary relief from anhedonia, by drinking and feeling euphoric for a couple of hours. Sometimes it works. But most of the time, I will just crash and sleep. And deep down, I want just one thing: To finally have this eternal sleep I am longing for since my teens.
