Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Is 6650mg of tramadol enough if I combine with alcohol? Does anyone know? Would it be a horrible way to go?

It could cause serotonin syndrome and iirc that can lead to painful migraines, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. Unfortunately most medications available today are chosen because they're safe, and hard to OD on. Chances are you'll vomit before you absorb a lethal dose. If you do try this and vomit it up, I strongly suggest you call emergency services so you don't cause long term damage to organs that you then have to live with. Also, painful migraines will probably test your resolve, and you might end up calling emergency services for help with the pain. There are a lot of risks with any method that isn't euthanasia because the body and mind will fight to keep you alive, even if it means doing long term damage

I know someone who tried to CTB with tramadol but it failed (no idea how much he took). But that's not a good idea. After, that this poor man jumped from his balcony and he has succeeded. I think about him every day because he had the same rare disease as me. And I think I'll be the next on the list

The LD50 (50% chance of death) for Tramadol for a 150lb (68kg) person is 311 50mg pills or 15,550 mg. More if you are heavier. And opioids are notoriously unreliable on top of that. Then there's the serotonin syndrome mentioned above.

Thanks for the replies, I feel I am running out of road with the situation I'm in and I need to to end. There are no other ways out now, so really trying to figure out how to do this. Thinking jumping could be a more reliable option. Is it worth taking some tramadol first to help with the pain of the impact? I just want to be able to end things but I'm so afraid of feeling pain.

Only thing that is going to dampen that kind of pain (assuming the fall doesn't immediately kill you) is being unconscious.

Stick around and post on things until you get access to the search function, which you can use to gather info. Unfortunately we cannot really advise the process of committing suicide.
