If i remeber correctly it got the highest overall marks for being quick, painless and effective. I would love to get my hands on a grenade to have that as a option.
I am with you but it was supported in the data.Except they are highly illegal, even searching for it is illegal, and you could get charged with terrorism or something on that line. If it was legal it wouldn't be great either, first you need to find a spot with no one in a 20 meter radius around you, then you need to actually hold or detonate the explosive around the right zone, and finally pray that the explosive doesn't fail or you don't survive and end up with a missing limb. I personally don't see the point in using an explosive as CTB method
What data? Are you referring to that obscene chart?I am with you but it was supported in the data.
I agree, explosives option will land you in huge trouble. And you would be strictly monitored at all times for possession of explosives.Except they are highly illegal, even searching for it is illegal, and you could get charged with terrorism or something on that line. (Reproduction) black powder firearms can be a viable option in some countries.Obtaining firearms depends on respective country's laws. To add to the fact that in certain countries, obtaining a firearm is virtually very difficult (and in certain cases technically impossible).
Agree, but they have to be careful while procuring them. In certain countries, if caught with them, they could be charged with various sentences, face brutal prison conditions upon being sentenced. Death is far better than being imprisoned for being caught with black powder firearms.(Reproduction) black powder firearms can be a viable option in some countries.

Which method have you chosen so farI am a disabled vet that saw combat and explosives. They can be very effective. Every time i think i have come up with a good method there is a problem of some sorts with it.
At this moment im thinking that guns are my best option. i had aspirations of a peaceful end but because of where i live that is not going to happenWhich method have you chosen so far
This chart is just ridiculous. There's next to no rhyme or reason for its rank ordering. What data was used to create this?

Agoney factor is less and time till death is less with explosives that a shotgun.
I was about to say that... like...where did this data come from and what do the columns represent? All I see are numbers and decimals... what does it actually represent? Where are the headers? This chart is just ridiculous. There's next to no rhyme or reason for its rank ordering. What data was used to create this?

What kept from doing it?My method a few years back was just to put a shotgun in my mouth and pull the trigger. Like there's no way you'd survive that and it's pretty much instant... it's nice to know I wasn't alone in my thinking.
I was referring to countries where black powder firearms are legal, but yes.Agree, but they have to be careful while procuring them. It ultimately depends on the individual's choices and how far they are willing to take the risk.
You can't merely add the factors together. You have to apply weights. The makers of the calculator that uses the data even state this. Here's the calculator. Here's the study that the data was taken from. You can plug the DOI into Sci-Hub to see the full study. I looked through the study but see no justification made by the forensic pathologists for their ratings.I believe if you add the Agoney factor to the time explosives are the one with the best total.
