Great point. Not sure why being new would prevent you from having access to a basic function such as searching.

Surely going to lead to numerous posts being repeated, gone through the sign up process. And still can't search-who are we competing against with most posts. Seems to take to focus off what a good deal of folks are here for.

Ok so ignoring my comment from an hour ago, thought I'd come back and lend a hand just in case.
So you expand the sidebar on the left, you click on forums and then once it takes you back to that list of pages, you should have the make your own post button near the upper left corner.
