Help 106 liters - 19g Pure Helium enough to achieve loss of consciouness?

Website says this tank will produce a continuous ~31.5 Seconds of helium @ 80PSI. It's 106 liters - 19g of Pure Helium.

I just want to know if this is enough to achieve loss of consciousness if I release it into an exit bag?

I don't intend to die by helium inert gas. I intend to FSH but I just want to use the helium to make myself drift away into unconsciousness.

I need to know if this tank will do or do I need to return it?
