I don't really care what happens after I ctb as I won't be around to experience the aftermath (as I would be dead, unable to sense pain/pleasure, not conscious nor sentiment anymore). I suppose if I had to choose, well it would be to either be buried or cremated, either way is fine.

I chose cremation because being buried just seems weird. I'm not quite sure how I make it known that I want to be cremated though without writing it in a letter?? Or can perhaps you get it put in a will(but then how does someone know you have a will??)??

Plus I don't want to remain in this country, rather my ashes be taken back to my motherland.

I feel really stupid for not knowing any of this stuff.

Although I did have a dream the other night where I went in one and pressed the button to fire the oven. Probably would be painful way or not if it's goes up in temperature straight away that starts to cremate you

Don't feel stupid. The vast majority of people don't deal with this stuff until they're quite a bit older than we who are waiting to ctb. Some never deal with it at all.

I have no idea where you are now, and where your motherland lies, but these are straightforward questions.

In the US, the forms for a will are easily found on the internet. Typically a will covers what happens to your assets --real estate, bank account, that sort of things. Looking at mine now, it has places for specific bequests --my mother gets all my artwork-- and even a place for who gets your pets. If you have kids, there's a long section on guardianship, too. I have my will in a manilla envelope marked, "TIREDHORSE'S WILL," that will be with my body when they find me. The coroners will need to be blind to not see it.

What you want done with your body is best described in a letter that accompanies the will. As I mentioned above, I have pre-paid for my cremation; the paperwork for that is with my will. The company that will be cremating me will pick up my corpse at the morgue, take it for cremation, and then ship the ashes wherever I specify --or deliver them in person anywhere here in my home state. I have no doubt that you could arrange to have your ashes shipped to your motherland.

The more details you work out, the easier it will be on those you leave behind. At least that's my thinking.
