• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

So i kept seeing methods that imply blocking the blood flow from the veins from the sides of the neck without blocking the air path so you won't start running out of breath and suffer. I saw that one person managed to do it by wrapping 2 plastic zip ties around the upper side of his neck.

Is such a method safe and effective and does it have any chances of failing and causing any kind of damage to the brain? And if it would work, how thin the zip ties should be?

im not really sure but failing can cause a bit of damage, after i failed once i started getting the same dizzyness you get when you stand up too quickly, but almost constantly when i was upright, it took about a week for it to go away.
