Discussion Would you die if you ran into oncoming traffic?

Like you ran into the street where cars were driving 55+ miles. Would you die? Or atleast die from SEVERE injuries?

Probably. There are no guarantees. Some guy did that a few months ago. Stepped in front of a truck on the highway. There's actually quite a few people that have done this in the past few months.

so many people survive traffic accidents in disabled states

you could end up severely disabled requiring full-time care while in excruciating pain, unable to do anything for yourself except without the assistance of nurses or aids, and completely unable to end your pain and suffering

it's hard to know what exactly would happen, but you're taking a big risk of ending up disabled and in pain and unable to die

everyday while driving i want to die in an accident by coming in front of a car-but it would put the other person in jeopardy. Till now in my life i haven't caused pain to anyone and while dying I wish to do the same

I have seen the craziest stuff on WPD.How do you like this trick? I saw a guy go up to one of these massive tankers. You know, the ones that are parked in these truck stops.As the tanker started and took off. He dove right under the wheel and he died on the spot. It was crazy. But also a pretty good method.

it depends on where you got hit and what kind of car hit you. if you land one way, you will die. If you land in just a slighty different way, you may survive with a great deal of damage/injuries. You will definitely do damage to yrself but it's tough to say if it will instantly kill you or kill you at all. Plus, you might injur the person who is driving or do damage to the other people out on the road,physically and/or mentally. There are so many factors at play, im not saying you want die but there is a great deal of risk involved and you could ending doing serious harm to yr body, living and making yr situation worse.

Funnily enough, one of my plans (before I figured out how to CTB at home) was to dive in front of a wheel of a heavy vehicle so that either my head or heart would be immediately crushed. Naturally, this was an incredibly stupid idea that I never acted on aside from sitting next to a 40MPH road telling myself "this time, I'll do the dive, I swear"... only to give up last-second because, what do you know, buses and trucks are essentially giant metal mammoths to our monkey brains and the SI really starts to kick in when you get that close to one. The man in that video must've either been very brave, desperate, or under the influence of something to be able to pull that off.

You can also face legal responsibility for causing a pileup, depending on your local laws, which would make life absolute hell for you if you survive. Pick a different method, OP.

Full suspension hanging from a sturdy beam in my loft. I have the privilege of being able to live alone inside of a house with an accessible loft so I appreciate the fact that not everybody has the same amount of physical space and privacy as I do to pull off an at-home CTB.
