Discussion Would it be safe to take SN in a motel or a hotel?

I heard that after passing out from SN you could make some noises (such as weird breathing sounds)
Could this possibly alert others in the building and lead them to call 911?
If so, how can you prevent yourself from making loud noises after passing out..?
