Help would an air rifle work

i am in the uk and there is only an air rifle club near me so i can't get a shotgun licence and seeming as the legal limit is 12 foot pounds of force would that be enough if i shot myself in the head

I don't think so, I would reconsider. I understand you like many people here are just wanting to find something that works, but we want to try to prevent as much potential harm as possible that is completely unnecessary. They found me in time and I feel full suspension would be quicker so that if they found me it would be to late
