I found this information in Internet:
24g of Paracetamol [Panadol] is generally accepted to be a fatal dose. The lowest amount of Paracetamol to cause death was found by one study to be 10g. As for Paracetamol of 500mg per tablet, it is generally recommended to take no more than 8 tablets (500mg) within 24 hours, and 24 to 30 tablets taken at one time can lead to overdose or even death.
Not sufficient time between doses or high amount of tablets taken at one time may lead to a fatal overdose. Side effects of an overdose may be seen after ingesting around 4-6g, although this is dependent upon an individual's physiological make-up and metabolism.

So ingetsing 50 pills in one go well exceeds the fatal overdose. It may take 24 hours for the Panadol to fully metabolize in the body. But once you have takenthse 50 pills, I don't see whay you shouldn't die by then, if not earlier. Well, it seems slower than SN, but it is fatal in the righ amount. If you don't CTB and die with your intended oversose, you will soon afterward have liver damage. So if I were you, I would go for all the pills and wait for death.

I'm wondering the same thing because I'm ready to try too! I'm not sure if it will work but I'm sure something will happen. I took ___pills the other night and I had some effects. I hope you find the answer.

The advice does not change from the previous thread. OTC medications are made to be very safe and difficult to OD on.
