Worried about scarring someone / emotional damage

Anyone else in a predicament like me?

I want to ctb via SN some time next month but no matter what it seems like somebody will find my body and be scarred, probably for life. I have no family here so I am not worried about them finding me. But I don't want some poor shit wage hotel worker to find me in there and be permanently damaged, same with roommates. If I call the police before SN kills me, they would probably still have time to "save" me when they found me. I do not want to do it outside in a tent or something though. I would feel bad if those who knew me got no closure if my body was lost in the wilderness... I know it would drive me crazy if I was in their shoes. Seems like an unavoidable issue.

I can't express my disgust with the fucking image attached. "Seek help" is the most insincere, contemptuous, sadistic phrase in the English language.

WRT scarring, I think you have to accept that discovering you is going to suck for whoever does. Maybe go out into the wilderness with a tracking device (e.g. just keep your phone charged and connected). That way you have plenty of time and space, but you can easily be found afterward.

I read this somewhere on this website and you could do the same.

In a hotel room, do it inside the bathroom/toilet and hang a big and clear note at the bathroom door stating to not open the door as you have committed suicide and call police directly.

This way, even if they do decide to skip calling police and come inside to check in on you, they at least made a choice to do so.

Smart idea. Hadn't thought of that. Probably won't be very comfy for laying with SN but at least I can avoid traumatising someone. Thank ya...

Gmail has a send later feature. You could go somewhere and send instructions to the police later, and if it fails you can cancel the email. Just make sure it's not a new account because those go to spam more often than not.
