And what exactly do you feel when you drop? Do you feel like your head gonna explode and eyes pop out or some sensations on hands, the vision. Or do you just feel the rope tightening and not being able to breath and that's it?
One time I felt the blood rushing feeling in my head but every other time it was just incredibly tight and struggling to breathe, thankfully no eye popping feeling but like I would be chocking to death for the next 15-30 minutes it would take to die since passing out wasn't happening

Can you make the thing I said with self-constricting knot on the other end passing rod-like object into it and then pulling with that object down with as much strength as you can?

I didn't really understand the set up for it, like how to make it. Would you be able to show a photo of what you mean?

Yeah of course. It will be something like this, It's noose knot on the right and another noose knot on the left through which I passed a rod and pulled it down as strongly as I could, the noose knot tightens itself on that rod and it becomes like part of the rope that makes it easier to pull. I was sitting on a chair while doing this

Yeah still no passing out, it tightens all the way around mainly putting pressure directly on my trachea which causes the most pain and the body starts trying to cough, I was thinking of adding padding on the sides of the neck where the artery should be so maybe it would tighten there more and faster and it may be more effective but I've seen so many lists say not to add padding besides a thin cloth to avoid a rope burn

Maybe instead of putting the rope on the level where you feel the pulse you need to put it as high on the neck as possible to not press on trachea?

I tried again nudging it a bit higher since it is a bit difficult for me to get it higher and it did hurt the trachea less, less coughing feeling for sure. Breathless and no passing out feeling but better in that sense with the rod. Hoping when I go for it if i put it higher like that it will work to passing out, worried it still won't but hey the pain issue is almost gone just a bit uncomfortable, thanks. Everyone said put it where the pulse is so I made sure the sides were where I felt my pulse but I guess not
