Hi SaSu community, this is my first post on this forum.
I have a free standing pull up bar with 221cm height (I'm 181cm and 64kg) and 10m of 12mm nylon static rope that is certified EN1891 Type A and has 4200kg breaking strength (probably an overkill). I've tested the rope, it holds my weight and will not leave any space between my neck and the knot. I'm interested if my convulsions while I'm hanging will make trouble considering the design of the pull up bar.
Looking forward for your thoughts!

i would personally put something heavy, like anything equivalent to a sandbag, over it's 'feet' so there's less of a risk of it falling over if you do struggle/body convulses, it looks like it could possibly tilt

Thanks for reply! I think when my body is on the pull up bar it doesn't tilt and that's not the primary problem more like the things in the middle from left and right hand side and the thing in the bottom

I also tried to put my neck in the noose and pull from the other end and my vision quickly started to black out and head became light i feel like it's so easy to lose consciousness it will be like in few seconds.
