Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I mean specifically doing crunches or bicycle crunches for example, something done lying down…

Would it help spread the SN through the blood faster because there is increased blood flow?

I'm also interested in hearing more about this. But from what I understand, the limiting factor with SN (at least in terms of time) is it being absorbed into your bloodstream. Increasing your heart rate will help it circulate faster/better, but that won't make much of a difference if it isn't being absorbed into your bloodstream in the first place

But absorption and circulation go hand in hand. I want it to circulate to my brain as fast as possible.

wish I knew more about biology…

Just follow the protocol and you won't have to worry about this… If you are trying to CTB, why would you wanna exercise. Just lay back and let the poison do its job.

The bicycle crunch is an exercise done laying down.

And honestly exercising while CTB sounds great. Because you won't be thinking about regrets or loved ones or what comes after life. You'll just be focused on the movements.

But anyways the point is to make it work faster so it can knock you out faster. Getting knocked out faster means you might be able to skip the painful symptoms such as air hunger.

But now that I think of it… I'll probably be in too much pain to do it… head hurting and stomach hurting.

From what I've looked into air hunger won't really be too much of a factor with SN. Air hunger is mostly caused by an abundance of CO2, not an absence of O2. So your blood won't be able to absorb O2 which will make you light headed and drowsy, but not feel like you can't breath etc

exercising will burn oxygen faster. Since SN is not allowing your blood cells to tie to oxygen any more, you would probably faint in a shorter time, but it's just my guess.
It is similar to swimmers that fall unconscious (shallow water blackout) when they are out of oxygen (it was discussed as a method to make drowning faster).
