Method Will CTB once SN clears customs!

Been a long time waiting. Regret not having done it back when I had firearms but over-obsessing over the angles made me not go through with it. I am now in FR:EU and ordered 500g SN from a german lab, selling the polish brand product, after a long time searching. I'm feeling a sense of relief that now it's in my control again, but I've been paranoid about potential issues with customs or welfare checks. Regardless, they still haven't shipped the package yet. Anyways I can't wait to finally end this neverending turmoil, it's been a long time coming.

On top of 25g SN dissolved in water (is a regular 300mL glass fine?), I plan to take 3x10mg of metoclopramide (dopamine-blocking antiemetic) 40 minutes prior, as PPH suggests.

Question was regarding the benzodiazepine subsection in the PPH:
I do have a significant amount of alprazolam/xanax, but it isnt clear to me how much I should take. I know 10mg is the max dose that's prescribed, so I could probably crush up 20 0.5mg pills and achieve that number (then put in drink and take after one SN drink) but I don't know if that'll be enough.

I, like you, can't pull the trigger. I hope your SN gets here as soon as possible, and then you'll feel relieved. Any glass will do, the main thing is that you measure out 50 or 100 ml correctly. Personally, I bought disposable plastic shot glasses of 100 ml and I fill them halfway. It's better to stick to the protocol. Good luck to you

I managed to get my hands on a dopamine-blocking anti-emetic (metopimazine, 7.5mg pills). Should work more or less as well as 3x10 metoclopramide if I take 3. I really can't go any longer and it's killing me to wait for my SN to get through customs, even failed a stupid attempt mixing alcohol with OD on various CNS depressants (xanax, ambien) in the meantime. Everything feels so fucking empty.

I'm so sorry life has brought you to this point. Could be mistaken, but I believe metopimazine is slightly less effective than metoclopramide... but it should still help.

I want to thank you for all your kind words over the past months. My SN just arrived, surprisingly, and I now have everything I need.

I plan to fast for 12 hours, and take 1x7.5mg metopimazine 8 hours before the attempt, to see how I react to it.
I will take 1000mg doliprane 1 hour before the attempt for pain relief.
Then 3x7.5mg metopimazine 40 mins before the attempt.
I will prepare 3 drinks of 99.9% SN, dissolving 20.5g of SN in 41mL of water for each drink (the other two existing for instances of when I vomit).
My final drink will be to take 5mg of xanax crushed with rougly 50 mL of water as well, which I will take shortly after my SN drink. 5mg is a lot but my tolerance is slightly higher than most as I was taking it for my anxiety problems, and I've seen people recommend 4mg so it seems fine to me.

Thank you everyone again for everything, and I hope that when the moment is right I will finally be freed from this suffering.
