The recorded deaths i found for Amlodipine both were accompanied by SNRI's. (PMID: 16839474)

Atenolol barely has any academic papers on its toxicity. I DID find that Atenolol + Amlodipine is a dangerous combination but not very well documented.

Losartan is useless for this purpose.

Do you mind telling us your dose count for all three drugs?
