What method have you used to create a so-called blood-choke on yourself?
Do you need to increase the pressure quickly?
Or does it work to do it slowly?
I managed it once with just a shoelace, out of all the methods..LoL
Superfast and hard. with the first halfknot on the front of my neck, high up.
But i guess I was lucky with hitting my sweetspot that time, cause I have never been able to do it again.
Neither PSH, cables, cords, ropes, training bands, scarfs or homemade tourniquets has worked for me.
I always end up like a swollen blueberry with bloodshut eyes and severe migraines
I think that I personally might have to FSH to generate enough speed and pressure if I want to "go out that way".
But I rather not.
I've seen so many clips where the person doesn't lose consciousness quickly but is slowly strangled and fight for their life.
I guess that's why I don't have FSH yet
Anyhow, what's your experience ?
Which method works for you ?
