guys I'm gonna try SN method with 2 table spoon in 50ml water but I don't have access to antiemetics other than over the counter. I was thinking of timing it with my blood donation and right when I come home I attempt. I feel a little stupid with my logic here so don't bash me too hard. I was also thinking of getting fried right before so maybe id fall asleep since I heard that would be best. let me know what else I can do or if this logic is flawed.

I definitely read and even thought about blood donating before SN. I don't remember what came out of it.

slightly related, i read somewhere that if you have anemia, the effects of sn are more pronounced, as you alreadey have an issue circulating oxygen to your body.Similar threads
