Hello. Almost 3 grs of mdma can definitely kill you. Big gamble tho. The result would be a severe hyperthermia wich would cause a lot of suffering and idk for how long.
You would be at like 40 temp, with probably extreme delirium and disorientation, and maybe for 1h or more
