For me it's more fun than actually doing it, but my personal fav is imagining my funeral.

Well, it's escapism, no?

You're not facing your problems (I mean this in the "objective, therapeutical sense"). You're daydreaming about them no longer existing. You don't have to face the consequences of actually having to end it yet, along with the (which comes for most people, not all of them - meaning here the ones that are completely reconciled with their deicision) SI that'll arrive when you ultimately find yourself facing your imminent death.


It's comforting. Like the hug of a loving parent or the warmth of your favourite old blanket covering you as the thunderstorm rages outside.

I also like to imagine my own death; I'd like to see people's reactions too, but I think that would just end up hurting me more—it's better to just vanish instantly.
