I could be wrong, but I think crushing and dissolving them into water just makes them absorb in your stomach faster and thus work faster.The SN works very quickly because it's a solution., and benzos need to slowly dissolve in your stomach if it's a pill, defeating the purpose of aiding you for the actual taking of SN.

Personally I would prefer sublingual dissolving tablets as they will absorb even faster & hopefully before SN's uncomfortable side effects come around.

I believe it has something to do with absorption. It's faster in power form than tablet. I'm planing on crushing them myself rather then talking it swallowing it wholeI take benzos , and i let them dissolve under my tongue, it act faster than swallowing.
