• Hey Guest,

An update on the OFCOM situation: As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. OFCOM, the UK’s communications regulator, has singled out our community, demanding compliance with their Online Safety Act despite our minimal UK presence. This is a blatant overreach, and they have been sending letters pressuring us to comply with their censorship agenda.

Our platform is already blocked by many UK ISPs, yet they continue their attempts to stifle free speech. Standing up to this kind of regulatory overreach requires lots of resources to maintain our infrastructure and fight back against these unjust demands. If you value our community and want to support us during this time, we would greatly appreciate any and all donations.

.People dont wanna to into mature topics

. Like keeping things positve 24/7

. Or genuinely feeling uncomfortable or too sad

Is still is a taboo subject and people think that throwing you a bunch of solutions ,which is not helpful. However people think if you this you could be less miserable, even if you try hardest.

Still is a serious issue

because a lot of people are lucky to live a content life, and the prospect of having to face anyone who's struggling is offensive and uncomfortable to them.

To peers and family, suicidality is something that needs to be cared for by medical professionals, because they know any slip of the tongue or missed opportunity can mean a loss they will blame themselves for as long as they live. Thus, they pass you to a hotline; a therapist; the emergency room. The conscious belief is that these things will help you better than they can, and the underlying unconscious belief is that they'd like to feel that they've done something to help you while also forgoing the responsibility of what happens with your life (after all, if you commit suicide while mental health professionals are supposed to be watching over you, the fault of your death can be placed on those mental health professionals by those grieving).
