How many people here have discussed their thoughts about committing suicide to friends or family members? Or do you feel uncomfortable discussing it?

I dropped some hints here and there but I can't help but think that's very cruel of me. Whenever I do, even if it's a social worker, I end up feeling like I'm placing this massive burden on them.
