Help Why can't you eat anything after ingesting SN?

I keep seeing people say that you can't eat anything after ingesting SN even though the taste is disgusting. Why is that though? Is it just cause it'll increase the chances of throwing up?

Yes. But you can rinse your mouth before and after. Even a few hours before SN you can't eat or drink

Okay, I guess you could put something sugary in your mouth as long as you didn't eat it too. I've heard people say that the taste alone can make you throw up so that just sounds like it'll stop the whole thing

Just make sure you don't swallow that sweet stuff.
You can pinch your nose with your fingers while drinking, as smell is a big part of taste. You can blot your tongue with a paper towel or napkin to remove saliva, which affects taste.

I don't know, I'd assume it could slow down digestion of SN.

Please follow the SN protocol exactly as it's intended.You need to fast beforehand so you can't eat anything beforehand . If you want to numb the taste of SN, you can swirl around something sweet on your tongue before or after.

The only thing that bothers me is the huge dosage of benzo. It is 5 times higher than the daily dosage. I don't know what to do with this point. I will most likely take only 4 Atarax tablets, that is, the maximum daily dosage. A whole package is somehow too much, what if the risk of vomiting increases. I will test the entire SN regimen before the day of KTB

It's not a bad idea to test your benzos in that way - the dosage is definitely to help knock you out so you don't feel the bad effects, but if you don't have any tolerance to benzos and take them too early, you're liable to be knocked out before you can even ingest the SN. I know for me, I'd need to take them much closer to the time of drinking the cup, or I just wouldn't be awake

I'll take SN and immediately after it benzo, as indicated in the protocol.
