I'm right there with you. With each passing week, I keep thinking "this is the day," but it never is. Something's holding me back and it feels like a prison I can't break free from. This life and who I am is all I've ever known… and leaving it behind is terrifying. What's around the bend? I can only hope, but I can't ever be certain until taking the leap, and the unknown is something my analytical brain doesn't do well with.
Don't be too hard on yourself. Many of us struggle with the same feelings. It's what keeps most of us from finally doing it, I reckon.

Same here. My new psychiatrist asked me what keeps me going recently. My coping stuff keeps me going, I guess. I don't like living at this point, but I always seem to find ways to numb my emotions and escape the present
I'm totally sick of this life. Yet there are things I will miss dearly.
I wish the pursuit to end my life didn't involve greater suffering than I expected
