"Sober Haha Jk Unless" by Hospital Bracelet, honestly. Top choice.

"Teen Idle" by Marina and the Diamonds also works. "Drunk Walk Home" by Mitski for the necessary 'Im mentally ill and love Mitski' moment

As for where I am now and how I'm feeling, it's gotta be "Snuff" by Slipknot.

For me it's At The Bottom by Leprous. Especially the lines:

The song is about being at your lowest, slowly getting better only to fall down again right where you started. Leprous is my favorite band,, their songs are so relatable.
