I live in a country where I can get almost all medicines over the counter unless its in some restricted schedule (its a 3rd world developing country).

I plan to ctb by jumping from the 9th floor ( I think it being a 3rd world developing country will help with them not saving me) but I am afraid I might not lose consciousness when I hit the ground so I want a sedative to take before just incase, what sedative do yall suggest? The sedative will help with Survival instinct too, incase I feel it.

Won't the pain of hitting the ground make any over-the-counter sedative/painkiller in-effective? (I'm not an expert but just guessing).

I take Quetiapine to sleep, but it's not a pain reliever. Quetiapine is only an antipsychotic.

Quetiapine can make you extremely sedated if you take a large enough dose but i don't know if that will help with the pain.

I don't know how, but my family did contacted 2 years ago our personal doctor and he did prescribed to me an anti-anxiety which turned to be stunning me so much that somehow i did fall from my terrace by accident, but i know and i remember that i didn't feel nothing and in that part was like i wasn't existing anymore (when i did fall) and probably because i did lost consciusness.

I really didn't feel any pain on doing it, also after i did wake up from my pharmalogically coma i was feeling better my eyes was more healthy and i could see better, also no pain at all.

I used to take quetiapine and it's not a pain reliever it will most likely make you feel sedated and super hungry (It's a side effect)
