Where in a motel room do people do partial hanging?

Is it a reliable method? I'd rather jump but this method doesn't scare me if it's true you just black out. Jumping feels like a challenge.

Door knob, clothing rack. Safety rails. Over the door to like the bathroom. I'm gonna use a motel room too. I picked a motel based off pics I saw. Whatever you use has to be able to hold your weight. But there is a method on the mega thread about running a rope over the top of the door that might be more viable too. If I looked at the pics right I'm might be able to use the desk. But I won't know til I'm there.

Is partial hanging reliable? I don't want to be a paralyzed vegetable. It's why I wanted to jump because you won't live.

Is it possible to do it in any motel? How can you tell from pictures if it would work?

I know a few of the celebrity suicides a few years back were partial. I don't know if anyone on here has succeeded at partial because we don't really know how to check. (Like not having name or location to check). The main issue would be making sure you have a good anchor point. If you use the search I know some have posted up images of the anchor points they used and there are even some diagrams available

partial suspension is my favorite as well-just make sure the anchor point as well as the ligature will hold your weight.IMHO try a test run-leave nothing to chance
