Where does SS stand on asking for dm’s of sellers?

It seems like the rules have changed a bit since the website was mistreated by a bunch of governments. I see posts about it not get taken down so maybe it's unofficially allowed? Anyway if your a mod and seeing this, take the post down if it's still not allowed. If I see it's still up in a couple days, I'll ask for vendors
