... but now I am starting to follow that up with feeling evil/unsympathetic towards them or anyone. Like, why should I live in suffering just so others can be spared some tears? Nobody really helped me be spared from tears when I have been crying almost daily the last 7 months. I don't see things getting better, only more boring at best.
