How exactly are supposed to answer this? We all live in different time zones, so morning for me could be afternoon or night for others. As a result, this poll doesn't really work.
I did put it based in the London time zone in England.

I'm based in the UK too, and I'd say the evening tends to be the busiest time. I'm usually up until the early hours, and things seem to quiet down around 3-5am.

My impression from looking at the number of members online at different times has been that it peaks around GMT 20:00-22:00 (around 250+ members). I'd be interested in hearing if anyone else has a different view.
