I'm planning to not eat for 24 hours but wondering at what point I should stop drinking water…

I think fasting for too long might actually be worse; the recommendation is 4 to 8 hours, light meal. You should stop consuming any liquids two hours before taking the SN.

Okay does it actually say to stop drinking liquids 2 hours before? I don't know how I missed that.

I might be doing a liquid only fast for 16 hours then regular fast for next 8 hours… I don't know yet.

I will be following a colonoscopy prep because I just don't want to make a mess… I know it's not a big deal but this is just something I want to do.

I haven't looked into colonoscopy prep much and I probably will have to tweak it.

I know it says I should only consume clear (see-through) liquids.

Like sports drinks, clear juice like apple and white grape, and clear broth. Soda, coffee and tea, but without cream. Gelatin and ice pops.

It says avoid alcohol and drinks you can't see through, like milk or orange juice.

And then I take laxatives twice at specific times. (I think)
